What is a scar?
The healing process is the form in which the body heals and replaces the lost or damaged skin. A scar is compound normally of fibrous weave. The scars can form for many different reasons: they can be result of infections, surgery, injuries or inflammation of the weave. They can appear anywhere of the body; its composition varies reason why the appearance can be flat, bulky, sunk or colored, like also it can happen that they hurt or they cause picazón. The final aspect of a scar depends on many factors, including the type of skin and the location in the body, the direction of the wound, the type of injury, the age of the person who has the scar and its nutritional state.
